show Abstracthide Abstract
We used molecular inversion probes to characterize the genetic relatedness of 391 P. falciparum isolates collected across Zanzibar and in Bagamoyo District on the coastal mainland from 2016-2018. In addition, we included 147 samples from Ahero, Kenya to put the above samples in the context of the overall P. falciparum population structure in Africa.
